J. Mark Lukanich is a skilled trial attorney with over 30 years experience in civil and criminal litigation throughout the State of Illinois.  Mark represents individuals and small businesses in a wide variety of commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, contractual rights and remedies, administrative hearings, real estate transactions and landowner disputes.  Mark’s also provides clients with legal direction and representation on construction related issues, including contract negotiation and interpretation, change orders, differing site conditions, mechanics liens and bond claims. Additonally, Mark has extensive appellate experience, having represented clients before the Illinois appellate and supreme courts. 

Mark offers flexible fee arrangements to fit each client’s needs, with the goal of providing each client with quality, cost-effective representation. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
